SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Information

Please allow 3 - 4 weeks for the production of your hat from order placement to shipment. Custom orders may take longer and timing will be communicated after finalization of design.

Hats will be packed in boxes and sent via United States Postal Service (USPS). A flat fee of $20.00 for each box will be applied to orders within the U.S. One hat shipped per box.     

Shipments outside of the U.S. may be subject to additional charges applied to the order on a case-by-case basis.

Shipments will be sent to the address provider by the buyer.  Hats can not be shipped to a P.O. Box. A signature upon receipt will be required. Buyers are responsible for tracking orders. You will be sent an email notice with tracking information once shipped. Saffron Millinery is not responsible for shipping problems where the buyer provides incorrect address information.

Returns

We have a NO RETURNS policy given that each hat is handmade and created based upon your order. Please contact us at CONTACT if there are any concerns and we will discuss the issue. We want every customer to be satisfied.
